Private sound baths and sound therapy-informed sessions offer a personalized way to experience deep listening, guided rest, and reflection. NTM Sound works with individuals, couples, and groups in Brooklyn and NYC to create immersive sessions shaped around the needs of the person or group.

We all have natural, intuitive ways our mind and body react to sound, and also how our voices produce it. With a little direction, I believe we can all uncover better ways to express ourselves and explore our inner experience. Whether the intention is to ease stress, support emotional regulation, or identify a thought pattern that no longer serves us, these shifts can change our mind, physiology and our whole being.

What To Expect

Each private session is shaped around the individual, couple, or group. Sessions may include a brief arrival conversation, guided meditation, deep listening, and an immersive sound bath using instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, tuning forks, voice, and other resonant tools.

The experience is designed to support rest, reflection, and a sense of calm. When appropriate, sessions can also include Xi Breathing, a guided breathwork practice that may support grounding, presence, and a deeper connection to the listening experience.

Who Private Sessions Are For

Private sessions are available for individuals, couples, families, and small groups looking for a more personalized sound bath or sound therapy-informed experience. They can be created for rest, meditation, life transitions, birthdays, intimate gatherings, retreats, or simply as a way to slow down and listen more deeply.

Sessions can be adapted for people who are new to meditation, experienced practitioners, or groups seeking a quiet and restorative shared experience.

Sound Therapy Sessions

Sound therapy sessions are more individualized than a traditional sound bath. These one-on-one sessions draw from polarity therapy techniques, deep listening, tuning forks, and Himalayan singing bowls to support focused awareness, relaxation, body awareness, and reflection.

Each session is shaped around the person’s needs and may include a brief intake conversation, guided breathing, deep listening, hands-on polarity-based bodywork, sound work with tuning forks or bowls, and time for integration. For those who are unsure what to expect, the experience can be simple, quiet, and deeply restorative.

Sound baths are often immersive listening experiences for individuals, couples, or groups. Sound therapy sessions are more personalized and treatment-oriented, with attention to the individual’s body, nervous system, and relationship to sound.
